How do I set up a game?
Easiest
Option 1: use the free AI assistant
Your own AI assistant builds a draft for you from a private work link. You check it, then publish and pay.
Option 2: set it up yourself
Work in the organizer console. Pick the time, size, prizes and call speed.
Do players pay or install anything?
No. Players never pay and there is no app to download. They open your link, type their name and get a Bingo card. A mobile number is asked only if the organizer chose that.
Who gives the prizes?
You do, the organizer. Corporate Bingo is software only. We never hold or pay prize money.
Who decides the winners?
The software only. Phones work out winners from the public numbers, and a win counts only when enough different phones agree. No person, including the organizer and us, can choose, change or remove a winner. Cheating is very hard.
How does the game play?
The organizer picks the patterns, such as Line, Four Corners, X or Blackout. Numbers are called as a letter and a number, like G 52, every 6, 9, 12 or 15 seconds. The FREE center square counts as marked. Marking can be automatic or by tap. The game ends when every prize is won or all 75 numbers are called.
How is the organizer verified?
Through the link or the 6-digit code we send to your work e-mail. There is no password to remember.
What happens to the data?
Guest names (and mobile numbers, if asked) are erased within 24 hours after the game ends. Backups clear within 7 days. We keep the winners record and the organizer’s details for 365 days, then delete them automatically. A game that never starts is treated the same way. Can people in other countries play?
Yes. Anyone with the link can play on their own phone, in any country.
